1. Preliminary Consultations
Submitting a service or consultation query does not bind JM Home Nursing to an immediate active booking. Bookings are only finalized once we verify staff availability, complete our initial family assessment, and receive the signed care terms sheet.
2. Staff Professionalism
All allocated caretakers and nurses are bound by professional code-of-conduct guidelines. Families are expected to maintain a safe and respectful work environment for our home nursing team.
